What the Heart Alone can Tell</b>
His golden eyes held hers like unbreakable bounds, shimmering in the dim light like two pools of molten ore. His alabaster skin took on a amber hue in the fire light, and she found herself captivated by the intensity of his gaze, and how his close proximity allowed her to even smell him--like rich spice and campfire smoke and the intoxicating aroma of a man. Her head swam with thoughts, swirling around and around like a whirlpool of emotions and commands and she couldn't think, panicking because something inside of her kept on saying over and over that this was wrong and she should run away from him, run away from golden hues and ivory skin and fire--but nothing mattered anymore when he dipped his head to gently capture her lips with his own, and it was then that her heart whispered softly: this is right</b>.
HopeI do not hope for flying cars,Hope by Myew-chan
for robots who obey your will;
I only wish for quiet peace
where murder is a far-off myth.
I do not hope for laser guns,
nor androids who can fight our wars;
I wish for life where everyone
accepts each other for who they are.
I hope for a future filled with life,
a world where children play;
we all can strive for this better world,
but only if we learn to love.
