This is, to date, my favorite of all the ACEOs I've done. It's the first I managed to draw after my artblock--mostly--gave way, and it just came out very well. I loooove rainbows. Light refractions. Anything with bright, vibrant colors makes me very happy to see. That's the main though behind this one. Rainbow-hair here doesn't have a name, but she's awfully pretty anyway. I love how her hair is all flowing a swirly and everywhere. It creates a really neat effect and makes the rainbow look even prettier!
