how come jak does not talk in jak 1 but in jak 2 he talks abit but in jak 3 he talks a lot?

The picture is good. as for how Jak learned to talk when his purity was broken he was given the ability to speak.
Just think of a nun. They are forbidden to talk because they are trying to become pure and if u want to be pure u are not allowd to speak.
Same with angels beautiful, pure and mute.

There are a couple of niggly things... the IV didn't seem very secured. Even when you're in a hospital and not a mad-scientist-prison, they generally strap those things in pretty securely so you dont accidentally jolt it, catch it on something or rip it out.
Also, they gave him a BED! With a pillow and blanket! And they left the eco (which is an ouch substance) sitting happily within reach? If I were Jak, it'd be smashed on the floor and the IV in the nearest person's neck.

All that aside, however.. there were several small touches I thought were fantastic.

The precursor-style container and rod was great! I would never think of something like that!
The green roots of his hair was excellently done, it looked good and many people forget it.
The hand that was injected had claws! Whilst the other didn't! A very nice touch!

I'm curious as to what the purple smudges are. Bruises from being hit/straining against restraints or eco simply tainting the skin here and there?

It's called voice, and you've done a bang-up job of getting him holding his throat and looking confused/pained/thoughtful... But I'm curious as to back story. Did he regain his voice due to the screaming? Is he holding his raw throat wondering how he made those sounds? Or was it the Eco?

It's unexplained if he never spoke through physical inability, mental inability or simply through his own choice.
