Be warned, full-viewers, this image has been scaled down to forty percent of its original size and it is still huge. On the upside, though, I saved it as a jpeg so it should load faster than my normal png-format pictures, even if that does mean it's likely to degrade over time. I do suggest full-viewing, though, to see the details.

I have been working on this picture for far too long. At least a month and a half. It took me that long to do the lineart, background--which I cheated for, I took a screencap and airbrushed over it, then removed the screencap to leave that mess behind--base colors and details for Ashelin. Then I sat down today and finished everyone else in two hours. :ohmygod: I guess sometimes it just takes the right inspiration? Or maybe just boredom... :paranoid: (In other news, I love my new tablet like whoa.)

This was inspired by something my nineteen-tear-old sister said a while back regarding Jak's banishment at the beginning of Jak 3.

"They all got together and took a vote to see who would be banished--like on Survivor!"

"Aneki, you don't even watch Survivor."

"Maybe not, but I'll bet Veger does. He's such a dork."

And thus Survivor: Haven City was born. Because that's the real reason Jak was banished to the Wasteland.
