I find it rather amusing that a great deal of Metro Station's music tends to sound better if you pitch-shift it up an octave or so to feminize the voice.

I also find it rather amusing that I'm not the only one that goes around genderbending songs. (I'm not the one that tagged my upload of "Shake It" with "Genderfuckery is the Name of the Game," believe it or not.)


A long time ago, there was a writer known as Lady Rose (now Rose Zemlya, aka ~KA-Rose) who wrote an epic piece of fanfiction. This piece of fanfiction was called Legend of Zelda: The Return, and finished out at forty-two chapters. All of which are absolute gold. Now, I could rec this fic until fingers fall off, but I don't think my gushing about it would be half as good a hook into the story as something my lovely Blu has been working on.

It's not every day I get to pimp out two people whose work I adore at the same time! This makes me a happy Nashi.
